LOL, heck, BT, you're letting him off easy!!! While the PI stuff had a connection to Harm's life, I don't think it particularly enhanced the show. It could have been done without very easily--hey, they even made the kid 16, same age Harm was when he ran off to SEAsia, so it was a touch heavy handed. But considering the other options---OY! Until the WF's on Friday, I think even the most dedicated shippers were waiting with baited breath for TD to scr*w us in the end. So, I'm thankful. Not over the moon, but thankful just the same. You know, CM, all that the PI stuff did to me was to break the mood and want to throw something at the tv. I didn't because I was a guest in someone elses house. I think it would have been nice to see them getting ready at their respective apartments to go to McMurphy's. To see Harm open a box he'd packed, and take out a little velvet ring box and put it in his pocket. To see Mac putting the finishing touches on hair and make-up, and not be able to stop smiling. I agree, BT. I'm happy with the end, but not satisfied. Like you Theresa, I keep thinking of small scenes I wish I could have seen. I can't help thinking "what if". What if we got the scene where they come up with the idea of the coin toss? What if we saw them practically falling over the packed boxes on the way to Harm's bed, a shot of them under the covers or the "see ya later kiss" when Mac leaves his apartment to get dressed.
