Subject: Hurt Zebra Finch..does anyone have any ideas?

MY not yet fully matured male Zebra finch had fallen from his cage onto the ground, its about 5 ft. He got his leg caught in the cage and there was blood everywhere. It's been 4 or 5 days and i put the bird and the 2 other females in a smaller cage with no perches. I have seen some improvement, but not much..does anyone have any ideas on what to do?
