Land Maps When you are flushing, send half of ur army to attack one spot of their resources and a attack squad to attack another. Sometimes you can b lucky enough to get villagers behind an oppoents base. If you can do this w/out gettin spotted do it. Almost always no one is prepared for a back attack. If you have got ur opponents scout use it as ur advantage. Dont just point and laugh. A enemy w/out a line of sight is an easy one to beat. One nasty little trick is to have ur scout attack a villager and send 10 archers to attack farmers. Ur opponent wont here a bell so u can kil like 5 vils that way. When you are flush, its a MUST to put your archers on defensive stance. When on defensive stance they automatically run away from the tc back to their originall position. This saves u tons of time to work on ur economy and u dont have to check ur archers as often. When u r out gunned , run away for god's sake. Don't jsut let the army u have die out. When ur cavalry raiding. You gotta send teams of 2-4 al around ur enemy's base. If the enemy is attacking ur base u can litterally kill most of his farmers if u sneak 3 light cav in there. I for 1 was kickin this guy's arse and he castled. Then he just sent light cav all overthe place. I had to keep my vilagers garrisoned while he was working on his economy. So theres another tip try to keep ur guy's vils garrisoned for as long as possible. Then i later lost of course. Make ur 1st castle a forward one unless u absolutely need it at home. Castle drop right on his resources even if people say that castle pushing is cheap just tell them to go to hell.


Water Maps When ur gushing send ur 1st 2 galleys to the other guy's docks to kill fishing boats. If he alredy has galleys of his own attack them and lure them to ur base so they wil die. A good way to attack someone mass galleys vs mass galleys is to have 4 of ur front galleys that r getin the most arrows move behind ur other galleys. This will make ur opponent's galleys run after those 4 and get eatin up by the rest of ur galleys. Wall on maps like baltic and meddit to focus on ur grush. A strat that usualy tricks everyone is to flush on common grush maps. This will make it so ur enemy has to switch its economy for flush blocking which takes time and u'll probably have beaten ur opponent if u flushed right. On maps like migration and nomad. Try to castle and feudal as fast as possible. It takes most people 18 minutes t oget to castel on mig. If u get thier in 17 u obviously have a big advantage. In islands, after u grush, its a must that u build a castle on his farmers. People gennerally have more stone on islands for some odd reason. If they have a castle up on their home it pretty much kills ur attack since u dont have much room on islands. On water maps that have 50%+ more water than land u must have control of the sea. 99.9% of the time if u dominate the sea u control the world. Always have a powerful navy. If u out gush someone keep a powerful navy. You would b very suprised how fast u can lose the water. I have lostgames where i totally out gush someone and i have 20 undeveloped galleys in the castle age. The guy makes 20 advanced war ships and i lose the sea. He blocks out his land space and fish booms. I was left to have to stay away from the coastline and switch from fishing to farming. It takes tiem that u need to attack so b very careful.


My favorite attack combos *feudal age- skirmishers, militia men, archers and spearman -archers and men at arms -scouts and archers (very rarely) *castle age- knights, scorps, and mangonels (very expensive not recomended vs good players) -crossbows, pikeman, knights, rams, and light cav(prob the best 1) -elite skirms, crossbows, pikes, long swords, and mangonels *imperial age- arbalest, light cav, halbadiers, champs, elite skirms, and trebs(I use that one everygame pretty much) - Paladins, heavy scorpions, trebs, and pikeman (u better b playin gold rush) -Champs, and pals (no siege ) -Pals, gunpowder, and trebs -100+ champs I hope ya find something usefull out of all that crap i typed.


This grush is good for islands and is the safest way to play that piticular map. Always b Vikings when playing 1v1 islands. In team games the japs are probably the best. Other civs that r good for grushin r saracens, huns, celts, chins, pers, and turks(dont use them unless u have a vike teamate)

(start)(I'm not gonna tell u how to build houses cus its a waste of time)Put ur first 6 vils on sheep and the next 1 on wood. Put 3 on 1 sheep and 3 on another. Build a lumber camp with your next. Next 2 vils on your forest. Keep that 1 vil on stragglers. (get loom when u dont have enough food for more villagers) When you r on your 4th sheep lure ur 1st boar to ur town center. Make the rest of your vils on sheep til 20 vils. Take 6 of your sheperds and kill the boar. Once u get 2 or 3 on sheep take a sheperd and build a dock in a spot that will b good for ur grush. Make 3 fishing boats and dont forget about houses. At 17-18 pop (depending how far your boar is) lure him to the tc. Take your dock builder and put him on gold(without a gold camp). When your pop is 21 start putting your guys on wood til your pop is 25. Make another fishing boat and scout your enemy with it. Take it back as soon as u see his docks. Put everyone on wood besides the gold miner and 1 person to build 2 more docks. Make a 2nd lumber camp (2 lumber camps make it less villager bumping which will get you wood about 30-50% faster). At about 45% way to feudal take 5 of your wood cutters and put them on gold and build a mining camp. Take 1 wood cutter to build a mill at 90% way to feudal. Make vils and galleys as soon as u hit feudal. Dont stop production of ur docks or ur tc throughout the feudal age.



(feudal boom) Make 5 villagers too go on foraging. After that put 5 on wood, and then start making farms and put villagers where u need the supplies most. You should have plenty of wood to have fletching a 4th dock by 15 minutes. (If u can do that with a 11:15 feudal u r a good grusher, like me lol) Make a tower at ur docks to kill galleys raiding your fishing boats. If you manage to totally wipe him out at sea. Make galleys out of 2 of ur docks and fishing boats outta the other 2. (The reason u stil may want to make galleys so that he dont make a secret docks and overwelm u, its happened to me 50 billion times, thats why u want to attack and not sit at ur home waiting til u have 20 galleys).

(Scouting)Since ur on ur own islands, u may scout with all u want. I suggest scouting wiht just 1 in case u cant find all 8 of ur sheep. U gotta get 2 boars a gold mine and find a good place to set a dock. You can scout ur whole island in about 15 minuts so it shouldnt b a problem.

(Attackin)Dont wait to attack. I usually send the 2 first galleys that r made to scout what kinda navy force they have and send them back to my docks. Then take all of my galleys to kil fishing boats and his galleys. If you have wiped the man off of sea just makea forward base with a tower and u may want to wall a decent spot on his island for urself. If the guy wiped u out u may want to send 5 archers then 5 vils to follow up to his base and flush him. Flushing is the only chanec u have to win the game if u r out grushed. (almost the only chance) In castle age make 4 stables and pump out knights til the cows come home,and make a forward castle right on his farmers. Make a siege workshop and finish him off. (If your lucky u can kill his tc before he castles).
