Jessica got out of the jeep as her dad droped her off at KDS."thanx for droping me off dad"She said."no problem"He said "By" said Jessica.she turned away from the jeep and saw her mom,Helen warming up the mare she would be riding Flurry.jessica walked into the bathroom and changed into her breeches.When she came out she looked over at her mom again.Flurry was bucking playfuly and generaly misbehaving.Jess smiled and went to get her helmet.
As she walked out of the barn five minutes later she saw her mom Dismouting and ran over to her." I'm not sure you should ride her today Jess"said Helen."oh mom,I can handle her"she said"oh come on,Please"."Well alright but be careful" said Helen.Jessica swung up into the saddle and asked flurry to trot.Flurry leaped foward and began to buck and run around like a frisky little filly.Jess sat down deap in the saddle and lent back.flurry continued to play around,but Jessica sat even deaper in the saddle and pushed foward.Flurry felt her signel and ignored it.Jess gave her a good pop with her whip and pushed foward again.flurry settled down imidiatly and troted foward calmly.Helen stood next to the arena,amazed at what her daughter had done.
Jess troted around the arena and then put Flurry on a circle."remember to keep her bent 2 inchs to the side of her pole"Called Helen who Was watching her daughter from the side of the arena.Jess sat her trot and made the mare relax her neck.after and half an hour jess asked flurry to halt and dismounted.
She led Flurry back into the barn and untacked her.As she was grooming The pretty fleabiten gray mare.Her mom walked up and said"do you like Flurry?" she asked."yeah I like her alot,why?" "well I thought since you were so good on her today the if you liked her maybe youd like to have her"said Helen."Have her do you really mean it,I'd love to have her but youd still have to ride her for training and stuff right,not that I mind"Said Jess."thats right ,so she's your's" Jessica smiled ecstatically and started to hum happily.
When she finished grooming Flurry she gave her a carrot and put her in her stall.then she cleaned and put away her tack.Just as she was hanging up the bridle she herd her mom calling from the jeep"come on we've got to get home".Jessica put away her whip and ran out to the Jeep.
