Subject: Grandmother's name

I am looking for the name of my father's mother. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland in the 18 hundreds and came to America when he was in his late twneties. He went through Elis Island.

Have you tried subscribing to GLASGOW rootsweb ? Do a "google search" for rootsweb mailing lists Glasgow/message boards Glasgow.
