i can guess that suze has shouted at her e mail many times...=)
but she is one of the 'computer challenged' to say the least...
=(

........................................................

in the who's 'my generation...roger daltry sings 'i hope i die b4 i get old'.

Not that he should be dead but...

once past 40 most 'rockers' have either lost their voices ..

(its painfull to hear daltry attempt 'wont get fooled again')

or their brains are well fried from 20 years of drug and alchohol abuse...
add 50 pounds of blubber and blank dead eyes from having seen and done everything there is to see and do...

and u see the need for a mandatory retirement age of say...45 for rockers...
certainly no one other then neil young has any business putting out stuff and calling it 'alternative or rock' past 50...

the pistols on that last tour were just pathetic...

another thing to watch out for is if the singer starts getting the crowd to sing the lyrics (to even lesser known songs)while he cheers them on...bad news...it means his pipes are past shot..and youre getting ripped off...

who in the world would cover 'dont fear the reaper?'
thats one of those songs thats just about perfect...
u can bring nothing to it by covering it...

all manson did by covering sweet dreams was add 'raunchier guitars and bass....but if i was a singer id think long and hard before attempting to cover anything the great annie lennox has sung...

Ugly Kid Joe...(of all bands) did an excellent cover of Black Sabbaths 'war pigs' about 5 years ago.. =)

Humble Pie did 'Honky Tonk Woman' live better then the Stones have probably ever done it

Grand Funk did 'Gimme Shelter' (stones again) pretty damn good..they also did a wicked cover of 'Litle Eva's' 'The Locomotion' mainly it was better because of Mel Shacher's thundering 'fuzzed' bassline...(the backing vox were done by the girl singers from a detroit band called 'wet willy'
*snort*

i saw/heard another cover of 'two princes' somewhere long time ago..
I think it was called '2 eyes'or '2 ears' or something
or maybe '4 senses'...it was funny tho...
