Voy Forums says the reason for the troubles with the message boards yesterday were caused by electrical blackouts due to the hydro electrical shortages in California,where they are located.
California privatized electricity generating last year and now they dont have enough power.
Naturally Ontario is forging ahead with plans to privitise electric generation anyways with the dubiouds promise that whats happening in California wont happen here.

Of course Mister Harris, we beleive you...
