see heres the rub
this new kind of chat room isnt online the same way as backpack and gumboots
they are run off some server far away
i just sort of lease the rights to run them on my dreamwater website
this new one "chatspace" is in my puters hard drive
that is to say,my puter is the server
so it will only work (chatspace)when im online

when i go on cable internet i would just run my puter all the time and then that chatroom would always be up
but now,on phoneline dial up,thats why it takes you so long to get into the chatroom,because you are accessing it via a
56k modem
slow
