Hello everyone!!!!!!! I really REALLY NEED HELP with my center splits!!!!!!!!!! I have posted a message on here like this before but no one replies. Could all people that have there center splits please PLEASE tell me how you got them,any streches you have,advice etc. I have been working on my centers but I need more improvement because I NEED TO DO MY CENTERS IN AN UPCOMING ROUTINE!!!!!! Thanks and please anyone send advice.
