Forgery of Speech produces light? Baraka felt bewildered;
he must have misunderstood the name. Unless the light was
from someone elses' spell?

Paging through his book looking for another likely spell,
the hourani passes over the first two spells he spots the
beginnings of, making quick, uninformed decisions that
they just didn't sound useful.

OOC: Forgery of Speech, if properly cast, affects what the target says, turning his questions into statements and statements into questions. Baraka is presently under the misconception that it's an illusion of voices, having just briefly skimmed the spell before trying to cast it.
The two he skipped over, if Xane doesn't mind them, were Identify Leader and Scents Magic. (unfortunately, I have no copy of Baraka's character sheet, nor recollection of what spells Xane assigned to him, so I'm making do with hourani and circus spells for this amnesic wizard)
