ale as a corpse, the monk dangles in mid-air for a moment before he can compose himself enough to speak up.
"I... it..." he burps, "I didn't have anything to do with those folks back there!" he blurts out, "I told you about those ruffians coming down the road... *Hickup* I tried to warn them, I did! As the Lady is my witness I did! Not the scoundrels mind you, those unfortunatel people back there."
The monk begins stammering incoherrently.
"Don't hurt me great and powerful sir! I can tell you whatever you want to hear, if that pleases you!"
Terror, undoubtedly inspired by Al'Thaes physique, shows in the monk's eyes. There doesn't appear to be much left of the jovial drunk that came by a while earlier.
