Hi Sara
I do agree with you that it is up to the person to decide which ever way they want to go.
I, however, do not agree with the fact that following the 10 commandments, confessing your sin and going to Church makes you Christian. That's what I would call being a luke warm Christian. True Christianity goes much deeper than that. Wicca and Christianity oppose eachother in all respects. Deuteronomy 18:10-11, Galatians 5:19-20 and Revelation 21:8 and many other scriptures tell us that.
God, in the Bible, directly attacks lukewarmness. As you will see as well, you are given a choice by God (we were all given free will) but whatever choice you make, you have to bear in mind that you cannot be both at the same time. God wants to know who his children are. Either one or the other.
Revelation 3:15 - 16-> (Verse 15)I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! (Verse 16) So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
For all those that are still torn between the 2, I would want you to choose Christianity because of the love and grace of our saviour the Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father as a pose to Wiccan, which, according to Christianity, leads to death (physical and literal) and eternal suffering. I suggest that you pray to God and tell him sincerely how you feel. I would suggest that you go to your nearest Church and or find someone that is really strong in the Lord to help you with this and (especially to Sara) to tell you exactly what Christianity is about. You cannot make that choice as yet based on the information about Christianity you have.
I may have repeated some of what Katie has said, but my aim was to help emphasise what she said and/or also build on that.
