Cleansing the Physical Body salt to a full bath. Place your hands over the water and chant: Salt and water purify Negative energy where it lies Cleanse my body tress to toe As I will it make it so! Completely immerse your self several times, being certain to cleanse each bodily orifice (hole - ie: nose, ears, etc.). Not recomended if you have any cuts or raw flesh. This can also be used as a pre-ritual purification bath. She doesn't mind it as much as they do, but she does have an inbuilt mistrust. I was hoping that there would be something I could cast that wouldn't require her to do anything.
