Divorce distroyed my credit but not my mind. Need to borrow $80,000.00 for the purchase of and existing business Property with revenues of $300,000.00 annual. This amount includes 10k for building improvement and 10k for operating capital.I have axtensive experience in this business operation with many success stories. I have concluded that I would be able to repay the loan in 5 years with a resonable interest rate. If anyone know of anyone that could be of assistance I would greatly appreciate the help or advice.
