Yeah, I thought some of it looked interesting. They display the kids really fabulous artwork at my local library, and I like things that foster creativity. I read a book about it, (You are your child's first teacher) and while I found some of the ideas intriguing, I was put off by the writer's tone towards Rudolf Steiner, very reverential like he was Jesus Christ. Then I read some very scary stuff online -- like they teach kids that there are 4 elements, water, fire, earth and air, and that the sun is a god. Really bizarre things.

So that crossed Waldorf preschool off my list. DH would definitely found it way to hippy-dippy anyway.
