He is manager of a major plumbing/htg/ac wholesaler. It's not his policy, it's corporate policy. They also do those stupid personality tests before they hire anyone.

Most of the drug testing is for truck drivers. They have to pass DOT physicals and carry a CDL driver's license, so I guess that technically there is a safety factor involved. But none of the employees are exempt from a ramdom test. Including my husband.

I can understand no one wanting their child subjected to it. I *personally* am just not totally opposed to it.
