I would be open to hearing suggestions for an alternate way of doing things. Maybe a cop who violates the rights of the accused is fired and convicted of a felony (automatic prison time), but the evidence can still be used against the defendant. I could live with that.

However, we need to take lifestyle crimes like drug possession off the books. Regulate drugs, sure, but don't keep fighting this ridiculous drug war.

So...new format on the board, eh? Looks good.
