Our regular stations can say "fuck" and have nudity. I remember in 1991 I was watching the big commercial network broadcast of When Harry Met Sally during prime time and they didn't edit the word fuck and I was so surprised. Now they air shows like Sex Files at 9pm where they show more flesh and copulation than any porno. Nope we don't need pay tv for that! (Obviously if CTV our biggest commercial network is picking up the Osbournes I guess!)

We get all the major US networks, ABC, NBC, CBS etc but our Mastercontrol randomly takes out American commercials and inserts Canadian commercials. Our networks also rebroadcast your network shows. And we get Discovery and TLC, A&E type channels. Of course they are altered by master control too and Canadian content shows and commercials are broadcast over some of the American counterparts. We don't get MTV because we have our MuchMusic Canadian equivalent which would be hurt by getting access to MTV. Though now with digital cable you can get a Canadianized (master control again probably) MTV I think.
