I take it that he means the spirit aspect within the individual body. If you think that the human body holds more than one aspect of spirit, eg three spirits, this would mean that other entities have attached to the individual. In this scenario I would suggest a visit to a spirit releasment therapist.

As for eternal flame, well this would suggest to me illuminate(secret society of the sinister type). The rulers of the world. The ones who control of the planet.The eternal flame is their symbol of power. Where you see it they are usually behind it,eg memorials.
