In my study of geometry I once read that the Pharoah Ptolemy of Egypt had the good fortune to have the services of Euclid as a geometry teacher. Ptolemy, having difficulty grasping the theorems and proofs presented by Euclid, asked if there were not some "Royal Road" to the understanding of geometry. Euclid replied that there was but one road to the understanding of geometry. So it is with magic. There is no short cut in bringing forth your will to reality. While the paths we take to the realization of our will may not be the same, the fact that we must travel our path with the disciplened and intelligent application of effort is unaviodable.
