i drink green tea (had to develop a taste for it), don't do much sugar, and have soy milk, flax seed and brewers yeast on not very sweet whole grain cereal... but that is about my limit. i think a short walk should get me a medal and am in awe of bicycling from san francisco to san diego. i would love to grill veggies but admit i'm an ingrained carnivore. i think anything god made is good to eat (except poisoned berries) and anything man made or highly processed is something to replace, but a lot of this is a new journey for me.
