There are many ways to say this. Here are some examples:

Watashi wa terebi ga kirai desu. (Wah-tah-she-wa teh-reh-bee-gah key-rye dess) = I hate TV. (normal/ polite)

Watashi wa terebi ga suki ja arimasen. (Wah-tah-she-wa teh-reh-bee-gah ski jah-ah-ree-mahsen) = I don't like TV. (normal/ polite)

Terebi ga kirai da yo! (teh-reh-bee-gah key-rye dah yo) = I hate TV!!! (informal with emphasis)

Terebi ga suki nai da yo! (teh-reh-bee-gah-ski-nye-dah-yo) = I don't like TV (informal with emphasis)

omoshiroi, ne? (interesting, huh?)
