they are vegetarians and eat the following:
and they use spices (listed at bottom) and pepper
hope this helps you
food
gling: berries.
kielasa: a stew made from the kiela tuber. This tuber is large and fiberous, with a consistency similar to meat, but tasting like a slightly spicy potato. Mixed with other vegetables, it makes for a hearty, tasty, stew.
makíril: chocolate, either in a hot, liquid form or in solid, sweetened bits.
methasa: mint soup.
pylal: smooth-skinned purple fruit. Has a pleasant acidic taste and no seeds.
re'lani: warm and sweet bread, usually served sliced.
remekíril: chocolate sauce over warmed sweet-bread.
seráni: when ripened this fruit is a rich shade of orange-red.
ser'sálintharel: another dark red fruit. It is extremely juicy, making it ideal for ser’sál but rarely eaten on its own.
seryl: a dish of mixed vegetables served with a pepper sauce.
tčresh: A hard-skinned fruit, with a juicy inside. Contains many green seeds which are inedible. The skin is the same pale green as the seeds, the fleshy part is a deep yellow.
spices
jí'sal:a potent spice used by only the rich, and even then often sparingly.
shash: marijuana produced by goblins in Mirg. Though not illegal, its consumption is frowned upon, given the fierce elf-goblin rivalry. This does not stop many elves from partaking in shash which has been brought across the border by human traders and smugglers.
ziyashe: one of the few illegal drugs, it causes intense hallucinations which often leaves users insane. After several mass murders were linked to its use, officials banned it.
