Subject: Anhydrosis - Can Anything be Done?

I have a horse with anhydrosis (a horse which does not sweat). Has anyone had experience with this, used the patches known as Equiwinner or have any comments on the product, or any other advice for dealing with such a condition. We live in Sydney and would really like to keep the horse but he cannot be worked in summer as he overheats and pants. He already has a fan in his stable and his wet down periodically before and after work, has cooled molasses water and a high fat diet. Any advice would be apprecaiated
