Subject: ill fitting saddle

HELP!!! I am in tears that the great austrailan saddle made by Dolein Saddlery, Trail Master series has severely hurt my horse...the saddle is wide and I used a thin blanket...the rivets under the horn dug into his withers and the crupper part in the back dug into his back....he poured sweat and drug his feet till I realized the problem was the saddle...I bought this saddle on ebay and is a great saddle for me but not my horse and I can't afford to purchase a new ....I put a super heavy blanket under it now and it brought the horn up enough so rivets are not hitting him and the seems to have the pressure off his back BUT....I worry that I may hurt him again...Does anyone know anything about these saddles and can I take it some where and have the problem corrected
