Subject: Horse wont trailer at all!!!!!

My horse is so sweet.She usually does anything that i want her to. My dad bought us horse trailer so that we could start taking her places and when we put her in the first time she went in fine. The second time was worse, and the third time she wouldnt even go near, and unfortunatley we used a whip and wouldnt stop until she got even a foot in and then i lunged her for like 30 minutes, so i think that we just made her crazy. I love her so much and i would never do anything to hurt her but i want to take her places but without the trailer i cant do that. Does anyone have any ideas, please i desperatley need help, anything.
