get a vet out very soon! and stop riding her.. my friends gelding did this sort of thing, and got worse and worse and adventurly he couldn't walk up to the stables from his paddock... he was put out to pasture, as he was 2 dangerous to ride... and a week later they put him down...

not saying this will happen to your mare...but i'd definally be getting a vet out to look at her..
