Subject: horse boarder rights and laws

can anybody tell me pls what my rights are as a boarder. I just moved my mare and we didnt agree on anything or time of payment i thought it was due on the 15 of month that is not a problem she decided she wanted it on the first of the month when i moved in the second week. she told me to move my horse. its a private facility iam the only boarder right now my mare and foal. we have not signed any contract either. i have been waiting for her to print it out. do boarders have the same rights as renters like as in houses. got thirty days. i will pay on the 15 wheni get paid. pls help. i have never had this problem befor.
