Subject: CTN Uncovered! (Jordan, Shadow, MJ, VanReardon, Winston, OutLaw, Fury, Kado, Cage, and �The Bang of the Week!!!!�) Featuring: Cat

The scene opens on the set of CTN Studio�s �Uncovered!� The bright lights of the studio shine down on the host of the show, the beautiful Alexandria Kane�

Alexandria stands in front of the crowd as they applaud and cheer her. She smiles and nods�

Alex: Thank you! Thank you all so much� and welcome to �Uncovered!�

The fans cheer and clap as Alex soaks up the applause and catcalls�

Alex: Tonight�s show will be the last until after The GWA PPV, Adrenaline Rush. I�ll have my tickets to this exclusive event� and I hope each and everyone of you will do the same�

The fans clap and cheer loudly�

Alex: Now� on to tonight�s show. We have a special guest with us tonight� ladies and gentlemen I�m honored to have none other than the �former� CEO of CTN on this program, Catherine Jones!

The fans give a warm round of cheers as Alex nods and smirks sarcastically�

Alex: All right! On that note� grab a soda and a bag of popcorn and we�ll be back in two minutes with the start of the show!

The fans clap as the show fades to commercial. Previews for upcoming matches at GWA Adrenaline Rush. Recaps of Insurrection, live from Honolulu Hawaii run. Featuring the mixed tag team match between the Thomas twins and Stacey Lynn Jordan with Shadow, The Falconer Title Match between Rachel Winston and Sebastian Bock, and the Lumberjack Revenge match between Trace VanReardon and Alek Cage. As ticket sales times and locations are given the commercial fades back to �Uncovered!� The audience claps and cheers as Alexandria sits on a large leather couch�

Alex: Thank you all for coming back with us! So without further a due� let�s get on with the show! Tonight�s guest founded CTN and set it on a moderately successful path before bailing out and handing the reigns over to Mary Jane Francis� a move that set the company on it�s current run as one of the most successful currently being managed. Ladies and gentlemen� please welcome �FORMER� CTN president� Catherine Jones!

The fans roar as �What Goes Around� plays and she steps through the curtain. She acknowledges the fans with only a slight nod of her head as she heads across the stage to Alex Kane. Alex holds out her hand to Cat, but she merely smiles and sits down, leaving Alex standing there looking dejected. Alex sighs as she sits down and starts the interview�

Alex: Ms. Jones� it�s almost a pleasure to have you here with us today.

Cat gives a lop-sided grin, but doesn�t answer�

Alex: All right Ms. Jones� let�s start with your litte �quote/unquote� faction of wrestlers. We all witnessed your return to The GWA with Stacey Lynn Jordan and Shadow joining you. My question is this� since you are no longer a part of The Circle� what is it that you have to offer Jordan or Craven?

Cat smiled�

Cat: I suppose I should start by correcting you on a point first� actually I am still very much a part of The Circle and CTN. Ms. Francis may have succeeded in resting control of my company from me� but it was anything by permanent! Suffice to say that I have found a loophole that got me back in, just like she had found one to get me out. Thanks to some friends within CTN, I discovered that as the previous owner� I was entitled to an opportunity to buy my way back into the company� and thanks to a generous benefactor� I have managed to do just that! So� to answer your question� as co-owner of CTN� I have all the stroke in the world� and maybe just that much more!

Alex looks slightly distressed at Cat�s answer, most likely finding out that Cat was indeed her boss, just as much as MJ was. Alex chokes back her extreme displeasure and continues on�

Alex: Okay then� so The Circle is split in half� between you and MJ. How can either side hope to be successful without the other?

Cat gives a cool smile�

Cat: The Circle is not split in half� only loyalties are divided. Those who want to be a success in this business are with me� those who want a little red headed leach sucking them dry as they climb the ladder of success follow MJ. It�s not hard to see who is the natural born leader and who is not. I have invested a great deal of time and my benefactor�s money into ensuring that Shadow and Jordan are given every opportunity to exceed in this business. While I�ve done that� MJ has spent all her time ensuring that Steven Fury�s jollies have gotten off regularly!

Alex cuts in�

Alex: Since you bring up Fury�. Let�s talk about your suspension from all GWA events. How effective can you possibly be� when you can�t even attend the events!

Cat: A temporary condition at best. Everyone knows that MJ is the key to The GWA Presidency. He does favors for her� and in return she �does favors� for him! It�s simple and it really shows everyone the extent of her managerial talents� zero!

Cat crosses her legs as she raises an eyebrow at her�

Cat: Look at the history� I�ve been a professional wrestler� a multi-time champion. I�ve put in time as a bodyguard� I�ve been a valet� and I�ve taken all those steps on my own. I worked my way up to the corporate level and built my own company from the experiences I had. What does MJ have to her credit? Growing up in a trailer park where brother�s and sisters were allowed to marry? Managing a tag team that never broke 500? Seducing �Smart� Alec Kidd�s younger brother so that Damian Knight and Alicia Sinn could stick it to him? The woman� if you can call someone who�s not even old enough to drink yet that, has one skill that�s useful� and that�s her �ball juggling� ability!

Alex looks at her confused as Cat smiles at her�

Cat: Think about it for a bit� I can see that you�re a natural blonde.

Alex frowns, but thinks the best of pissing off one of her bosses�

Alex: Okay� let�s talk about the people on the other side of the coin� let�s talk about Trace VanReardon, The OutLaw, and Rachel Winston. Those three have demonstrated their willingness to remain with the success that Ms. Francis has delivered time and time again! Would you keep them from the success they would surely earn under Ms. Francis?

Cat shakes her head with a smile�

Cat: What success has MJ brought VanReardon? His girlfriend gets electrocuted� but MJ doesn�t give a damn about her or Trace! All she can think of is how Kado had slammed her two weeks prior.

She rolls her eyes at Alex�

Cat: You bring up The OutLaw and Rachel Winston next� but do you really think that a man like The OutLaw is going to listen to a first rate nut job like Francis! Trust me on this one� The OutLaw has had enough problems with red heads! Winston can�t control him� and there in is the real problem! The OutLaw can�t be controlled� he can�t work with constraints! He has to be allowed to do his own thing� not unlike Shadow. Everyone here is motivated differently� if MJ wasn�t so young and ignorant� she might have a clue!

Alex breathes out heavily as she begins to feel stuck in the middle of Cat�s power play against MJ. She quickly shut the thought out of her mind as she moved on�

Alex: Let�s go back to this mysterious benefactor of yours� the one that enabled you to get back half if CTN� who is it?

Cat shakes her head with a smirk�

Cat: All things in due time. Right now� the only thing that matters is that thanks to�

Alex narrows her eyes, but she is disappointed as Cat continues�

Cat: �a certain someone. Mary Jane Francis Jr. will not be allowed to run my company into the ground!

Alex looks totally unsettled as Cat gets to her feet abruptly�

Cat: MJ�s tenure at the helm of my company is nearing an end� and whether she kicks and screams about it or goes quietly into the night doesn�t matter! The bottom line is that the little girl doesn�t have the brain power to handle what I created� it�s all she can do to chew bubble gum and walk at the same time!

The audience laughs, and that unsettles Alex even more. Cat leans over Alex as she boxes her into her own chair. Cat gives Alex a cool smile, but everyone can see that there is no humor in it�

Cat: Believe me Ms. Kane� one way or the other� Francis is out the door� and you never can tell who might be next!

The crowd applauds as Cat stands up and walks off the stage. Alex sits back up uneasily and watches as Cat leaves. Alex turns back to the crowd and straightens out her clothes. Alex adds, without any real enthusiasm�

Alex: Errr� ladies and gentlemen� Ms. Catherine Jones�

The fans applaud as Alex sends the show to commercial�

Alex: We are going to take another commercial break and when we return, I�ll get to my �Bang of The Week!� Stay tuned!

The scene fades to commercial as a movie preview for �Urban Legends� shows. A White Castle commercial follows before �Uncovered!� Returns. The crowd claps and the camera zooms in on Alexandria Kane�

Alex: Thank you and welcome back to �Uncovered!� In the wake of yesterday�s Insurrection� there are a myriad of brutal and sense shattering attacks that I could pick from. But under the circumstances� there is only one that truly stands out among all others!

Alex takes a deep breath and smiles as a huge monitor descends from the ceiling behind her. The screen behind her flickers to life as it shows an image of Alek Cage dumping water all over The Valkyrie Champion� then sending thousands of volts of electricity into her body. As �Ice Cold� Stephanie Connor hits the pavement, Alexandria smiles�

Alex: As much as that brutal attack sickened me� I have no choice but to give this week�s award to Alek Cage!

The fans boo loudly as Alexandria nods, with a slight grin on her face�

Alex: Alek Cage� even though you didn�t come out on top against Trace VanReardon last night� you can claim a victory as my favorite �BotW� winners! And that will do it for �Uncovered!� please join us here next time as we explore the innermost workings of The GWA� I�m Alexandria Kane� good night!
