gave you my heart,

almost three years,

it would be in six days,

but my heart you have broken,

in many different ways,

i expected this from anyone but you,

i hardly trust anyone,

just a selected few,

and i let you in,

my mind. my body. my soul.

i shared my secrets, my dreams and my ideas.

i risked being taken advantage of and being naive,

because you were someone i could trust.

but you were quick to deceive.
