Subject: Cap Balance

I had a friendly beer with Poon owner David Faye..I mean Jon Tangen today and he advised me that the commish is well over the $1500 cap allowance for the year. Is he going to say, oh.."I was feeding the little one." Or is he just cheating. I am hoping he was just busy and this was a mistake...but I will say that he should have to put the additional players back into the free agency market. I think he added some guys this week. Maybe he overpaid for that Browns receiver for $77 and then dropped him the next week? That was classic. Thanks to David Faye for advising me/us of Bud Selig's tactics. Can you say contraction?
