Astral Projection is only a subtle tool of awareness. More people think there is no afterlife and no soul body . Even those that believe there is have their suspicions. To know that there is something beyond the physical body allows us to be "free" of this and thus we can live our physical life more fully thru interaction with the body mind and soul.

In all actuality, what we teach (astral projection as an example) is quite trivial.

YES the lessons that are meant to be learned are better learned thru soul travel but.... for a beginner to gain interactioin with the body mind and spirit.... Astral projection is a good place to begin.

The goal is to learn how to interact with all body states. Astral projection is just one avenue of that interaction.
