Lacey has been complaining of the exact same feelings you described. I think because it is very draining. I have felt the same after automatic writing,and after working spells.

Lacey belives her friend Cristina has taken "Fred" home,she said that Fred told her he had her for the rest of his life. I guess alot of strange things have been happening. Her bird died,electrical things turn off and on.

A friend of mine says that a good way to see if you have negative spirits in your home is to set out a bowl of apples. If they get bad quickly,you do. I shall try that somday. altho I dont think I do. Hey Juni if you have yahoo messaanger pm to me somtime...name same as above. Sorry to have cut off your eagle dream with my ouija thread:)
