(I am also bipolar) For those who read this and dont knwo what the 10 of swords card looks like .. it shows a person lying on the ground bleeding, dying .... with 10 swords stabbed in his back. Today Rhynnah, this card prompts me to advise you to "play dead". Make no moves, no decisions, no choices ... let the drama, even the impossible trauma in your life play itself out without resisting. Sometimes the best action is ... no action. At times it may feel liek there is always a hurricane that moves through your life. You can't know whether it's simply going to pass through a corner of your field or whether it's going to slam your house. In the face of such unpredictability you can only guard yourself well, keep taking your medication, hope for the best and wait it out. As I know with myself, sometimes turmoil or an extreme turn of events is a relief valve for all the unexpressed, unresolved energy that has been building up inside. Trust that with every bad time comes good times. Because without the difficulties how can we determine when things are going well in our lives?
