Subject: Enterprise & Scott Bakula

Hi y'all!

I don't know how many of you remember me but I used to be a regular on this BBoard a looooooooooong time ago...'93/'94 until about a couple years ago. Well, just dropping into say Hi! I thought I had lost the new web address for this site. An old friend from this BBoard forwarded it to me but the e-mail was lost. But...hey...I'm here! Yahoo! finally came through for me. :)

Anyway...onto to the subject of this message. I just want to comment on what I think of "Enterprise" and WOW! It just keeps getting better and better. I love Capt. Archer's beagle. What a cute touch. Scott, of course, is doing an excellent job and fits into the role very well. Did you know that I read in TV Guide before the show premiered that the "powers that be" thought Scott Bakula would bring a huge fan base with him from the popular TV series QL? 'Bout time they got it! :) It seems like for the longest time we were speaking to deaf ears during our QL Movie campaigns and then, on top of it, the QL novel series got cancelled. I was beginning to worry.

Hey! Anyone else think "Enterprise" could possibly eventually become a series of motion pictures? Yes, I know I'm probably speaking prematurely...I mean the show has only been on for less than a year, but I can speculate can't I? :)

It would be kind of cool if they did a ST:TNG crossover, with either the "Enterprise" crew going into the future or the ST:TNG crew coming to the past. If they can get some of the original Star Trek cast members...Hey!...all the better. :)

Personally, I think FOX should pick "Enterprise" up so more people can see it. We have a FOX/UPN station here where I live and wasn't sure if I was going to get it or not. We don't get all the UPN shows but was estatic when I found out we were going to get "Enterprise".

Well...I'll be around until Saturday (11/24). I'm dog/house sitting for a friend with Internet access. Perhaps I'll stop back before I leave for home.
