The British government decided on behalf of the 62 million population to tax those in the financial services industry who earned a bonus of over £ 30,000 per year. Some bankers are known to have forfeited their bonuses, in some cases £ 4 million each by CEOs due to public pressure. The amount of tax from the financial services industry in 2012 was £ 65 billion. Nothing wrong in paying tax.(It is acknowledged that the British government bailed out financial firms by over 100 billion pounds).
42 million Kenyan citizens are served by the government as per it's priorities, not necessarily the people's priorities. The Kenyan tax structure is modeled on the British tax system. Every Kenyan earning over $1,460 pa income, constituting perhaps a few tens of thousands people, suffers progressive tax, but the majority who fail to reach this tax limit are not even enabled to earn something towards that tax limit. That is despite all having needs unfulfilled. Tax amount should even be spent in a progressive manner below that tax limit, in the spirit of progressive tax.
This is a pristine opportunity for these two groups on extreme ends of the economic spectrum to team up. For every £ 30,000 tax, that amount can serve 30,000 people £ 1 each from their perspective and who do not have either of these governments serve them. (What the Kenyan government does spend is often not specifically for the benefit of the people and is sometimes against those people.)There would need to be 1,400 people who pay £ 30,000 tax to allocate £1 per citizen for 42 million Kenyans. For 5,600 people, 42 million Kenyans can have £4 each. 2.044 million are needed to provide £4 for 42 million 365 days a year. Getting 42 million Kenyans each individually decide what they do with the £4 that they now have and want will release efficiency in the economy. How to do so is to first know what is needed and it's costs initially and enable these amounts go towards producing and providing these needs at costs now given, but which should improve in terms to the citizen’s benefit. If a person first is allowed to decide on £4 and then decides how they and others can apportion efforts to earn it, they can be more efficient in deciding what they will do with it, than if the government, or anyone else decides on their behalf on that amount. We cause amounts to be transmitted electronically to all. This amount would be from leveraged values of stock. It is the economic equivalent of having your cake and keeping it too. It is not illegal if both groups to try to squeeze out as much economic juice from existing resources.

I have been working without even £ 1 from either government (or indeed any other) for my benefit! I have not willfully evaded tax in my fifty-year life. The taxman in Kenya (and passively elsewhere) has been evading providing me (and us) with my (and our) needs as I (and we) prioritize them and until now I (and we) have had no choice.
Welcome to this beckoning opportunity!
