Subject: Can anyone tell me of a lender to That will do a 100% Start up New Business Loan?

Hello. I do have a business plan. I Recieved help from a Member of SCORE with the SBA. My credit is ruined because I fell behind on credit card payments. Also I do not have the money to do this. I am trying to buy or lease a former Arbys building. It is a free standing structure on an anchored corner lot. I have sent many of request contact emails and made numerous phone calls. I do no not have the required 20-30% down and real property to secure to equal 100% of sought funds. The building is $415,000.00 and I am seeking $500,000.00. This is to remodel and equip with a reserve for a few months operating capital, a long with all permits, insurance and other needed aspects to include supplies as well. Thus I am seeking an impossible 100% loan. I am not trying to scam any one or ask for free money. I will pay a higher than bank intrest. The building was built in 1973 and the taxes are $5,314.88 yearly. It does not have any known previous appraisals on record. Can anyone help me with this? I do have experience and management experience from my previous employment. I do have a retail business license and a merchant account. However credit card sales are non existant. I can explain. The IRS calls it hobby income. I do have my menus planned and all other aspects to operate in my plan. Can any one recomend a lender? I am not seeking a long term loan at first, mainly because I know that especailly will not happen. If I can recieve a loan to get it going I hope that I can refinance in maybe 2 years to recieve permanant financing. If I can get a loan to Lease then I would hope to be able to get a loan again in maybe 1-2 years to show it is an operating, profitable business to buy it.
