Subject: In desparate need of assistance

My son was diagnosed with Urea Cycle Disorder and suffered brain damage and delayed development because it was not diagnosed at birth. Now we have to find jobs that evolve around him due to his disabilities. Alas I can't work a full time job because we are forever at the doctor or some kind of therapy.
We have three other children and cannot feed them. We are about to loose everything...house, car and more. I have not been able to locate the resources I need to support our family. We are desparate and afraid to loose it all.
Our credit is shaky, but we are honest and hard working people. I am afraid the family is falling apart. We need some serious assistance.
