Subject: Exciting factory project needs investments

Good day,

Investors are needed to bring into startup a manufacturing facility.

Investment requirements range from $5 - $ 10 Million depending
on investor and plant size.

We will manufacture completely new and still unseen stone, ceramic and concrete products for the construction industry. Potential customers has already been identified and approached.

To move forward we need a building, some land and processing equipment.

Full business plan available.

Already in place:

- Municipal and government $$$ support for project
- New Technology developed by the promoter
- Available land for new building
- distribution network (international)
- engineering contracts for stone factory start-ups (in negotiation)
- purchase orders
- equipment suppliers identified and ready
- raw material suppliers identified & ready

Quick note on my professional background:

- engineer specialized in stone processing for the last 20 years (also biologist)
- thermal plasma specialist applied to stones, ceramics, concrete, glass, etc.
- Behind patent of using plasma for production of an anti-slip finish on thin stone tiles (10 mm)
- Discovery of new ways to add value to stone, ceramic, glass, concrete, terrazzo products
- Equipment conception, fabrication, installation and start-ups managing
- Training of manpower
- Marketing activities

Please take note that this is not any ordinary factory like all the others. I am focused on ADDING VALUE to about any materials (stone (natural & artificial), ceramics, concrete, glass, wood, etc), This is why I have no area limitations.
