Once beautiful, now growing aged.. Shiken was once a great city, a remake of the ancient city of New York. But as all great cities do, this one lost its power gradually. The once beautiful homes were left to become run-down. But it still holds great vacation sites such as a beach that isn't as polluted as the rest. The skies are as clear as they can get. Trading is at a low, but the vacation makes it so, that it does not become a criminal city, but one that anyone of average money can enjoy. Zokujin
