Julia Roberts doesn't help.

I'm not sure who this movie is for. The palliated Patriots will not understand it. The true-liberal should disapprove as Wilson usorps the Constitution and the neo-liberal will cry for Mother Russia. So that leaves the old-school Hawks who are capable of geo-political discernment. I'm pretty sure they hate Tom Hanks by now.

While my girlfriend wasn't distracting me by shaking my chair and asking me to get her refills I realized how important Russia was to my way of life. They were always number two on a leash and what's more we needed them. Hegemony with two superpowers is more managable. Oh Western Europe, you're kicking our ass again. Way to go Bush. No US President was ever able to align Germany with France and then with Russia. Awesome!

At any rate, the chicks are smoking hot in all their pale 80's glamour. This fucking Amy Adams is in OUR Faces. She's got some new one comin' out with Frances McDormand where she's in a short fur purring on the couch as her flawless white skin invades my soul.

I want her. I want her bad. She's a hybrid of Dunst and Kidman.

Hoffman, as usual rules, and ellicits the only two laughs of the film. Man, this guy can fucking disappear into a role. Unlike Hanks, who brings his faux Left-Wing values with him. No way he can play some swinger. He hates my Church and I hate him.
