I think a few months back there was a thread on the current state of television. I've always loved sitcoms but now that I'm 33 I can safely say if you've seen one you've seen 'em all. My girl enjoys "The King Of Queens" but I find it repugnant. I can literally predict exactly what is going to happen to Doug in every episode...they're just recycling.

Besides "Everybody Loves Raymond" there hasn't been a decent show in this genre for years. "The Simpsons", "South Park" and "King of the Hill" are all hilarious but they're satire--for the most part. I can get into a "Law and Order" every now and then but that "CSI" sucks. ALL OF 'EM!!!

Well, thank you sweet Jesus for HBO!!! I'm now getting into "Entourage". My girl loves it and so have many other people whose opinion I mildly respect. Fucking Kevin Dillon is the SHIT on this motherfucker. And so is Piven. I don't buy Grenier as a DiCaprio-type (even though I know it's based on Wahlberg) but he's still pretty cool. Nice pussy and Vince is a cool guy.

Anyone seen "Rome". Well, you need to to. It rules. A nice, in-depth look at the Empire that this one was built on. I've seen the first two episodes and I'm hooked. Again, nice pussy.

"Extras" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm" are both brilliant and I assure you if you like one, you'll like them both. Furthermore, we have the BBC on Demand and I can watch the original "The Office" with Gervais at the helm. I Love Gervais. The whole show will just be litle laugh after little laugh before there's finally an explosion. GAURENTEED!!!! And of course, the Carrel Office and The Apprentice ROCK. Plus, now that Earl's getting out of jail the show may go back to being funny again.

What are you guys watching? Bungle blogged about some wierd Brit show a few weeks ago but he's an Anglo-Phile...always has been; always will be.
