Perhaps. I've never thought about it. I will say this, Bill has a personality INGRAINED with confidence. Hence, Bill invites guests on with opposing viewpoints to mix it up.

Keith hides in the studio and surrounds himself with two kinds of guests. The first one kisses his ass and the second one gets their ass kissed by Keith.
