I thought I was going to hate this movie (I hate Anniston) and though it was intriguing right from the start, I still considered turning it off as it too intense. Not that it was a thriller that was jarring, just that I was sure it was heading in a direction I find frustrating.

But this baby spins itself on axis and follows through right to the end. Granted, there are no plot twists an astute movie-goer whose seen enough of this type of films will miss. It's just the manner in which they handle it. The way they draw the line between good and evil and how evil MUST be destroyed.

Clive Owen is magnificent, as usual. I've never seen him play a bitch before and that French dude, whose name escapes me, is a marvelous villain. You'll really hate him.

This is a film for the middle-class hero whose drawn into a world of SCUM who know how to manipulate his guilt and take advantage of it. OH, UNDERWORLD FUCKS!!!! Be forewarned, this is what awaits those of you who want to meddle with the very values we hold dear. Take advantage if you will BUT DO REALIZE THIS: Once we're onto you, you will pay the price for manipulating the values we hold dear, the very ones that provide your weasal asses with a society for you to garbage pick from.

We'll FUCK YOU UP!!! Owen's doesn't get to go far enough (SPOILER ALERT--THOUGH IF YOU'RE THIS DUMB NOT TO SEE IT THEN I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU). Once he's finally on to Anniston and there's big shootout at the end, I wanted him to either shoot her right in the pussy or grab her by the stairs and take her to a pit somewhere where all Middle-Class Heroes could torture her whenever they were having a bad day. Pump her up with LSD, pull her fingernails out, find dogs that have already had a taste of human pussy so they could rape her. By the way, whoever Produced this film asssembled an excellent cast WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANNISTON, who is supposed to be some con-artist who uses her irrestible appeal to lure men into the con. YEAH...RIGHT!!! Owen's wife is way hotter but even assuming he was still looking for some sizzle outside his marriage, I highly doubt Anniston is the seductress type. She wouldn't grab my attention...unless I was just looking to get rough. GRUDGE FUCK!
