Thanks for posting your view on the Boerboel. I live out in the middle of the Nevada desert and my Boerboel has not had loads of time off the property. I was feeling guilty that I didn't take him to public events, or expose him to lots of people. I feel much better after reading your post. My dog has behaved beautifully in every situation that I have put him in, but the truth is those situation are artificial. My dog stays home with me, and that is what I want him to do. After reading your post it gave me a different perspective on what the Boerboel is breed to be.
