Just a quick note that there are some new Boerboels for adoption on PetFinder. MD and FL both have two at the moment, and there's one in CO, PA, AL and TX, as well as Ontario.

If you're local and you cannot adopt, why not call consider donating a toy or some food, or maybe just call up and see how things are going (if any are on death row it might be good to know as someone can maybe mobilize a rescue)?
