Personally, I would stay away from any breeder that charges more for a "color". A boerboel is a boerboel no matter if it is black or fawn. This to me is a money making gimmick.

I also would avoid a breeder that will sell you a breeding quality puppy when it is 8 weeks old. There is no quarantee that the dog will grow up to be worthy of being bred. Now if the breeder does an assessment on temperament (by a qualified individual) and conformation and recommends certain pups for the possibility of breeding, or just a family companion, then that would be different. But not just guarantee one because you paid extra.
