1. “His commentary on the puppy’s body development being exhausted and ready to rest as well as building a solid foundation for a good healthy active weight.”

That is not a complete thought, nor is it a sentence.

2. “Fear is a painful emotion excited by the apprehension of in pending danger: “

Wouldn’t that be “impending”?
Do sentences typically end with a colon?

3. “The academic community may never come to grips with the realities of the canine world?”

As a statement, it should end with a period, not a question mark.

4. “They may always be concern for what is non-relevant”

Did you mean they or there?

5. “If National Geographic and the Discovery Channel were really interested in educating instead of putting on a show. We could see all of these Things.”

Since when does a period belong in the middle of a sentence?

“Things” shouldn’t be capitalized because it isn’t a proper noun.

For someone with a PhD, you certainly lack much of a grasp on the English language. As a PhD candidate, one is required to “submit a thesis or dissertation consisting of a suitable body of original academic research, which is in principle worthy of publication in a peer-refereed context.” How did you ever manage to pull that off given your apparent lack of grammatical skills?

If it weren't so glaringly obvious I wouldn't say a word, but this is a pathetic ruse.
