You are more than welcome to e-mail me as well, I am a behaviorist and train dogs with this behavior on a regular basis. hardbodiesk9@hughes.net

This is why I preach on a regular basis that taking the dog out, off the property, and 3rd party testing is the only way to go to see their "true" temperment and weakness's. As the owner states, she is fine in the house.

Sadly to say we tested over 300 Boerboels and I will have to say that at least 85% have shown this same "common" behavior off their own property..."BUT GUESS WHAT" Sadly enough they are ALL still being used in a breeding program. Thats how we end up with poor owners like this gentleman and the people owning her prior to him with a dog they cannot handle....Breeders get a F@##$ grip and stop breeding dogs like this....even though you think "you will breed the behavior out" how many heartbroken families are going to have to go through this.

Sorry for ranting...sensitive subject. I had my 4 yr old son (that was back in the 90's) face ripped apart by our family pet due to lack of temperment testing.
