Venison - Usually I get legs, heads, and entrails. Occasionally I get one with only the back strap (tenderloin) removed
Goat - Legs, heads, entrails
Lamb/Sheep - ditto goat
Pork - Heads, entrails
Beef - Large bones, entrails
Chicken - Whole (less feathers)
Turkey - Whole (ditto)
Catfish - Whole (except for the spines)
Bluefish - Whole
Mullet - Whole
Gray Trout - Whole
Eggs
On occasion I will get rabbit, duck, goose, quail and dove but they aren't a common part of what I feed.

I get all the above for free or close to it. If one of the grocery stores runs chicken leg quarters for .49 a pound or less, I'll usually get a few bags of those as well.

(supplements in very small amounts)
Brewer's Yeast (I have to buy that one)
Kelp/Seaweed (free)
Yogurt (make my own)

I think that's about all.
